Who We Are

William Rose Consulting is a family run business providing a bespoke fully inclusive property acquisition service here in Spain. The company was formed to assist both foreign and native buyers with the purchase process.

In the major cities in Spain especially Barcelona and Madrid the majority of well-priced properties sell within days of being made available to the public. Here at William Rose Consulting we facilitate priority for viewing due to our long-standing relationships with the local agencies. Thus, creating the opportunity to purchase any property on the market for our clients, including various properties that never see the light of day on the public portals. Our mission statement is to offer a completely personalised service for our clients with the main focus of attention to detail. With the ethos to listen, search, find and negotiate your optimal property purchase with the best possible price.
